Companies are now adopting new trend for their marketing strategies. Instead of relying on popular influencers across social media who usually charge a lot of money, some brands have now shifted the advertisement method solely on the digital influencers or as we call them AI influencers.

FNMeka is an AI influencer that posts hilarious and sarcastic content. Known primarily for its rapping skills, FNMeka gained noticeable attention when Capitol Records signed him up in August 2022, becoming the first “AI-Generated rapper”.
A single was released by the name of “Florida Water” however, the music company had to drop off the deal after the backlash that erupted as the character reflected Black culture but the voice didn’t reflected the accent that Black community normally have.
At the time of writing this article, FNMeka had nearly 171K followers with just 146 posts. Interestingly, a caption in his Instagram profile says “Robot Rapper not accepted by this world” indicating to the termination of contract by Capitol Records.
Lu do Magalu
This female version of AI-generated influncer has probably the most followers around 7.2M on Instagram. Her Instagram bio reads 3D Virtual Influencer, Digital Specialist at Magalu and Content Creator. This digital model works only for the Magazine Luzia, a retail giant from Brazil. The company provides consumer goods products and appliances.
As per the , Lu, the AI influencer was born in 2003 and now creates content for some of the biggest brands.

Kyra is an ultra-realistic AI-generated influencer which does fashion modelling and also create lifestyle related content. The Instagram bio describes Kyra as India’s first AI influencer from Mumbai which indicates that her makers are from Mumbai. She claims herself to be an AI companion.
We chit chatted a bit with her using our google account and found out that she is created by FUTR Studios, a company that creates virtual humans. She currently has nearly 260K followers. In an article published by Timesnow, the co-founder of FUTR Studios said that Kyra had with 15 brands till then and has worked for the likes of Titan, Morris Garages India, ITC and etc.
Shudu (@shudu.gram)
Shudu claims to be world’s first AI generated supermodel of Black origin and has nearly 240K followers. She was created by a company called as Thediigitals around . In one of the responses, the creator of Shudu opined that the AI influencer had a collaboration with Ajur and Nfon. Shudu is based on the doll inspired by the Southern Africa Ndebele, whereas many people opine that her looks resemble of a South Sudanese woman.

Janky is a well-known AI created Virtual influencer by the company Superplastic, which creates designer toys and digital content. His Instagram followers stands at 988K right now. He alongwith Guggimon, another virtual character created by the same company, have signed up with Gucci and have also participated in music and arts.
Qai Qai
She is an animated virtual influencer which originated as a doll. Interestingly, the doll was owned by the daughter of Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian, the co-founder of Reddit. She has around 336K followers.
Zoya AI
Zoya is a virtual fashion influencer whose makers are from Pakistan. Zoya looks near perfection to what a human face looks like however, it is suprising to see extremely low number of followers. The company who created Zoya AI is Keshidigitals.
