For hiring, organizations often have a dedicated department that posts job, shortlists candidates and interview them for the particular role. The process can be time-consuming and the efficacy of it can always fluctuate. But what if the entire process could be automated and done by AI? Thats what Framewise.ai is looking to solve.

Framewise.ai, a bengaluru-based start up has taken help of a Generative AI specifically for the hiring process. You may think that the bot is only going to post the job on its platform. It can do that effectively with just few inputs of required skill but where it gets interesting is in the ability to conduct video interviews by the AI agent.

The bot sifts through applications that it receives and shortlists the best possible candidates. The selected candidates can choose their time slots for the interview. The bot is designed in such a way that it mimics human like conversation with the aim of assessing its applicant’s caliber for the vacant position.

Companies would be able to set up their accounts on framewise.ai.

Hiring Managers are typically involved in the final interview and onboarding decision. However, they coordinate with the human resources department in order to fulfill the vacant positions.

By utilizing an AI for job posting, CV selection and intial rounds of interview, organization would be able to channelize their human resources department for the wellfare of the employees.

The AI may also compel organizations to reduce their HR workforce if the efficacy of Framewise AI notches up. According to Indeed, human resources are paid $82,215 yearly. whereas Framewise.ai will effectively charging 2$ at present for every interview.

Efficacy

In order to measure the bot’s efficacy, the company also a benchmark by the name of Interview completion Rate. Chilamkurthy claims that almost 97% of candidates interact with the bot for atleast 28 minutes.

While the skills required are entered by the human, the AI can also include skills on its own which it believes to be paramount for the vacant position.
